Return/Refund Policy

If you would like to request a refund or initiate a return on an order, you must email sales@guitarsandcigarsfarm.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include the order number, a description of the issue, and pictures of the issues. If the package the item arrives in is damaged, please provide images of this damage as well. If you are requesting a refund out of buyer’s remorse after the item has shipped, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund can be issues.

Cigars: A refund for the damaged cigar, and only the damaged cigar, can be requested. When applicable, a replacement may be sent out in place of a refund if desired. If there is an issue while smoking a cigar you received, such as poor draw, splitting, burn issues, etc, please remember these are handmade products. You can reach out to us if you would like to discuss these types of issues.

Other Items: Under most instances these items are non-replaceable. If you are dissatisfied with the item, please reach out to discuss your concern.
